A traditional home with good indoor air quality and low levels of electromagnetic radiation.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION
The home was designed to provide a light bright comfortable living environment with minimal maintenance requirements. Building materials, finishes and products with low or zero volatile organic compounds (VOCs) were specified to minimize chemical emissions from building materials and finishes into the indoor air. CSIRO has completed studies on newly constructed and renovated houses in Melbourne and has found that a newly constructed or renovated home will typically have higher levels of air pollutants inside than levels found in the exterior environment. The clients - stated that they "did not suffer from any allergic responses or chemical sensitivities on moving into the home".
